What phone shall I buy?

#1

Heh, I havn’t posted for a while…

Alrighty, so I have a dilemma. My phone is dying (doing wierd things+its old) and I need a new one. But I have a low budget.

$300 AUD is my max currently, and I’m looking at different phones. I don’t really want to get anything iOS, because even though I can buy a 4s (new) it will be out of date next year. And an iPhone 5 is too small and squished. So my options are:

  • Nokia Lumia 630
  • Samsung Galaxy J1/5/7 (the older the cheaper)
  • Sony Xperia C4
  • Asus Zenfone 2 (leaning towards)

A phone that you guys suggest!

Please help meh. Another addition is that if I have a phone that doesn’t crash after every phone call, I’ll be on here more! I’ll use some data for the forums!!

Samsung Galaxy 7 .

#3

Nexus 6P. I love my phone. Pure Android and no bloatware.

Samsungs are the devil, burn them with fire.

#5

Samsung S7 ftw. Impervious to fire

#6

J7 buddy. Basically a third of the S7’s specs, which is awesome. I’m not going to be playing Evolve on it :stuck_out_tongue:

Which ever one you choose it’s always Important to remember…

Buy a high end Samsung second hand, and install cyanogen mod on it. I meself am using a Samsung s4 mini with cyanogen mod on it, practically as fast as a s5 neo, if not faster

I would never recommend a Lokia to be honest. Unless you like brick phones, or windows. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with them.

If the Nexus 6p is out of your price range, try the 5x. My wife loves hers.

I don’t trust Chinese products after what happened 2 days ago with my phone…

Sim card slot didn’t detect, thank god I got a refund…

EDIT: Not trying to sound racist or anything, hope you get what I mean

HTC One M8.

My current phone and it is fantastic.

That sucks. My phone has been perfect and I love not having to deal with all the junk apps eating up space and ram.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S5. S’very noice. Havent had any problems with it thus far…

#15

Yeah, my parents have it and it’s a good phone, but out of my price range.

I feel like the J1 is a good choice currently…
