What kind of in game V-Sync is used?

Does anyone know what kind of V-Sync the in game option uses? I want to run Adaptive V-Sync if possible. Through the Nvidia Control Panel if I have to.

While I don’t know, I presume @MajorLeeHyper has the information you need.

Unfortunately, we don’t support Adaptive V-Sync. When V-Sync is turned on in the options menu, we just wait for the next V-blank for each flip.

So just normal V-Sync? Would it work if I turned the in game V-Sync off and turned on Adaptive V-Sync in the Nvidia Control Panel?
