Rank Rajat's R&D is on Earth. That's where they design and engineer the code for Minds.
Bucket's Mind was initialized on Ganymede, I think. One of the Jovian moons.
The robot you see in the game is not, technically, Bucket. It's the drone Bucket is remote-operating from the Laurie-Anne. So you'll hear VO in game when Bucket dies from hunters saying "Bucket! Your drone just fell apart!"
Caira's reaction is twofold;
1: I recognize that. It's a repair & maintenance drone. But it just talked to me, why would you want a R&M drone that talks? Drones like that are designed to just do their job, limited human interaction.
2: Not only did it talk, you're telling me it's a Mind. Like, your iPhone can talk, but it's not a Mind. But there's no way you could fit the code for a Mind in a R&M chassis. There's just not enough processing power.
