Some wierd kind of lag [SOLVED]

#1

I have encountered a weird kind of lag since Evolve Stage 2 started, do mind that I had no problem what so ever with it before.

The lag starts in the Menu screen. The animated Goliath starts lagging whenever I move the mouse when the mouse is still there is no lag what so ever.
There is also lag in game. There is no lag when I run around the map, the lag only starts when I engage in any form of combat.

I have found a solution to my problem.

AMD have a build in Shader-cache you will have to turn it off to stop the lag.

You can turn it off by going to global video settings and turn it off there.

#3

Yes, the game launched with some missing shaders that are causing lag for some people.
The Devs are aware and working on it, but I’m glad you found a work-around

#4

Do not turn OFF shader cache from AMD on Global Profile, turn it OFF on Evolve Profile.

PS: Turning OFF the cache won’t eliminate the stutter, best way is to play the game and let the game build cache, after a few hours the stutter should be gone.
