And thus all Hog needed was more counters. If you’re arguing on the bases of teammates not needed to help, then you can’t explain Hanzo scatter, McCree’s fb + fth, and Widow.
So I fail to see how Hog overrides any of that.
The leeway was when it would hook around corners and ledges. Thus after Hook 2.0 it came down to baiting it, especially after it got a CD nerf to 8 seconds.
After that I was fine with Hog.
It’s still powerful, and just got a whole lot better now with his flashbang buff.
If Mei’s on your list of troubles, then it shows what level you’re playing at. If you’ve come in range of her freeze it’s most likely your own fault.
And prior to his buff he was never used.
Not with his new buff, he’d heal right back up off Hog. Reaper is not the Hog counter he was meant to be.
But she zones off areas and is damn good at defending them, which is why she is used as a stall weapon.
She can take the offense run-and-gun but once she claims a zone she can defend it the best of any defense heros.
Ya stay out of her range = vacating the area. She juts punishes you for not respecting her area. Otherwise what you’re saying is that she should be reworked to be a warning tool that dishes out no punishment. Essentially “GTFO outta my area or else… I don’t kill you”.
You’re team should be in range to help you out. Thus since Dive is so popular, she can excel at this form of assassination. It’s no different than when I play Pharah, and I’m sure if you see me in your backlines you’ll be crying for a Mei.
Why should we accept that Widow can camp behind her team and can completely fuck your team if no one dives her? It’s just you have to learn how to counter her.
