My Evolve Merch Orders Are All Messed Up


I got some Evolve merch for Christmas, 3 Pop! figures, a tshirt, and a pin set… that was completely left out. even on the paper that came in the box it states it was not shipped but it was ordered. I think it got ordered by the one who got it for me again. And i got the same stuff… no pins once again the paper states it is not shipped. Anyone know how to help me with this?


You probably need to file a ticket through 2Ks website. TRS doesn’t have anything to do with that stuff.


Yeah ik just feel like its always better to ask around see if it happens to anyone else, etc. before filing a complaint.
