Evolve to be a "Permanent IP" [Article]

#1

For anyone interested:

Congratulations to everyone at TRS for this!! @MacMan @SlabOMeat and everyone else!

This makes the future of evolve look very bright! Sounds like we might even get a sequel at some point and not just DLC!

EDIT: Anyone else curious about the choice of words? I mean what exaclty is a “permanent” IP? What would a “temporary” one be?

I enjoy hearing the permanence of the IP, but curious on how best they see a single player chapter of the game.

I dont think it would be all that hard to do with a bit of effort. You could have mission like things in different maps with objectives. I.E. kill X monster at stage X on X map with X hunter missing from your team.

This game would be amazing if the next hunter was just a straight up penguin with an assault rifle.

What you just said was funny xDD

We must give Evolve hundreds of dollars of DLC until we need a sequel.

…Huh.

Does anyone else think that with a slight visual redesign, the Hunters would fit right in with the borderlands universe?

Now that they are successful with one game, when can i expect to buy the next sequel every year?
