Enviromental Hazard Ideas in Upcoming DLC

Any chance we’ll see new enviromental hazards or wildlife in the upcoming DLC maps?
I’d like to see quicksand added to slow or incapacitate a hunter if he or she is caught in it alone.

Also, let’s see some hazards that would impair the monster’s movement. Something like, vines that entangle the monster if it gets too close.
Thoughts? Ideas?

Spiked walls, plants that cover walls and damage monsters who climb them and hunters who use the jetpack-climb as well.
