In some games taking a damage perk or buff allows healers (medics) to heal more. Is this also true in Evolve Stage 2?

/jk idunno how balanced (or probably unbalanced) it would be but still would give more options.
I’ve thought about this, but I’ve always thought it’d be completely overpowered–especially now with the release of Paladin Parnell. It would be nice though!
Maybe not since you are giving up reload or capacity for each value increase in healing. Or giving up survivability perks, etc.
Until they get a damage perk medic who picks up capacity or reload speed buff or the reverse.
