Allow hunters to glide "x" distance during game start

I have recently had quite a few games, where monster player uses a cheesy tactic of not running/feeding, but simply waits the hunters at dropship point, and hits all of them with 2-3 abilities at once. I think this is quite unfair and not fun( to have 20 second matches ).

This problem would be solved if hunters could glide a bit( without using up their jet ), during their descent, so they could have a chance at avoiding the incoming attacks and spread out, so they cant be hit all at once.

This seems fair especially since sometimes it may backfire and end up hitting them. I like it (No sarcasm)
