Number 3 in particular stands out strongly with a lot of the complain-y threads I’ve seen. Something worth considering people, it is healthy sometimes to step away from the keyboard/controller and the first step in getting help is admitting that you have a problem.

Just a decent article I thought was worth sharing in this environment. :slight_smile:
